In a peaceful medieval village in the Vézère Valley, La Roseraie welcomes up to 6 guests in a beautifully renovated 14th-century house. With its traditional cantou fireplace, cosy interior, vine-covered terrace, and small flowered garden, the cottage offers a warm and serene setting for a family getaway.


Nature is right on your doorstep: walks along the river or through the forest, canoeing, and a visit to Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, one of the most beautiful villages in France.


The region’s traditional markets offer a chance to experience the Périgord way of life and meet local producers.


The Périgord Noir features many treasures to explore nearby: major prehistoric sites such as Lascaux or Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, as well as medieval castles like the fascinating Château de Commarque and the romantic Château d’Herm.


Here, gastronomy is a true experience: foie gras, truffles, farm-fresh products, convivial tables, and renowned restaurants create an unforgettable culinary journey.


A few minutes away, Montignac also offers a natural biological swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in summer.

The arrival takes place from 16:00.
You will be welcomed and guided for your first moments in our cottage.

Three coffee makers are at your disposal: a Nespresso, a classic coffee maker with filter and an Italian coffee maker. 
Cleaning
The cleaning is not included. Its cost is 60 euros and will be included in your rental contract.
Household appliances (oven, fridge, coffee maker, plancha) are separate from this service and must be clean at the end of your stay.
Sheets and Linen
Duvet covers and bath towels are not provided. If needed, we can rent them.
